To my great delight, I am fortunate enough in life to be doing the three things I love the most. I am a business professor, lecturer both at universities and for firms, specializing in creating and spreading innovation, in trends, branding, consumers and social influences. I am a personal advisor to investors, entrepreneurs and executives in one-on-one sessions and in customized workshops around the world. And I am a painter. Other than these three, I am also a partner and owner of a European company, a surfer and a world traveler.
If you’re not sure how all these occupations and passions work together, and how it all relates to you (and to your business) – you are invited to keep on reading under “Why” and under “What”

A university Business professor (PhD) – and embarking on kitesurfing journeys around the world. Advisor to investors, entrepreneurs and executives – and a Painter. Abstract painting. Love constructing structured problem-solving models and processes – and love just as much guiding executives to think creatively, completely outside the box.
5 years of PhD research in business management with two of the world’s leading researchers in behavioral economy – and 15 years of studying, experiencing and researching with Buddhist teachers and monks around the globe. Lecturing to large audiences on formal stages in Israel and around the world, including TED – and taking off shoes during long meetings. Leading senior management teams to sharply clarify their brands’ values and business strategies – and guiding executives in mindfulness, stress release and meditation.
Calling it like I see it, fearlessly persisting when it is required – but also knowing how to listen quietly and when to just easily move on. Analytical and Creative. Deadly fear of the ocean yet free-diving and surfing, hand in hand alongside the fear. Full seriousness and depth yet almost always smiling.
I believe that a rich, multidisciplinary experience is crucial in today’s business environment, particularly for those working with people who have an entrepreneurial personality. I choose to work (and teach) this kind of people – entrepreneurs, investors and senior executives with an entrepreneurial mindset – because I love people who have that twinkle in their eyes. Passionate, curious, with endless life force energy. People who only need a tiny nudge in the right direction, a tiny bit of insight, a small decision – to move mountains.
At times I meet them at their peak, when success and opportunity blur their focus, and at times I meet them when they are not at the top of their game, doubting their own abilities, or not even remembering them anymore. And at times I meet them when huge load, the lunatic roller-coaster of “being a person with an entrepreneurial mindset” have drained their energies and worn them off.
It sounds like two (or million) separate worlds and disciplines, but over the years I have realized that I do exactly the same things in each of them: learning, teaching, creating, exploring, playing, feeling, connecting mind and body; curiously watching, doing, listening, opening, smiling, connecting. And more than anything, I try to live and be present in each moment. To the fullest.
Over the years I realized that this multidisciplinarity revolves around the same seven values. My own core values:
Creation, Creativity, Clarity, providing Value, Inner Freedom, Connection, and Meaning
It is these values that guide me when working with the people that I teach, advise, guide.
I believe that this kind of people have all the answers they are looking for. Sometimes all they need is someone from the outside to help them light the way to get there. Someone from their own world, who understands the business atmosphere in which they operate and the roller coaster they’re on, and who can help them find a quiet space of clarity, of order in the mess of all the external (and internal) voices and noise. to inspire them towards a fresh, creative thought. And mostly – someone who knows how to help them identify their own voice – and to listen to it. To listen to themselves.
This is what I do.
On stage, in workshops, in one-on-one meetings or at intense retreats, in Israel and around the world.
