*Hello
I am a Business Professor, Painter, Kitesurfer, Founder.
For the past two decades I have been working closely with leading Investors, Founders, CEOs, VC Managing Partners, Management teams, and Executives all over the globe. I call them kind them HIP – High Impact Professionals: individuals who have significant and impactful reach, whether in their field, or in the world.
I am by their side on their path from SIGNIFICANT CROSSROADS of growth, stagnation, questioning, crisis, barriers, burnout or ‘just ‘ lack of spark and creativity (which usually turn out to be not ‘just’ at all) – towards their next GROWTH LEAP. I call it transformation from a survival mindset into a growth mindset. Surprisingly, so many successful people are going through life at an entirely survival mindset, functioning, coping, but not really… LIVING. not living their lives to the fullest, to the extent they could have.
This mindset transformation is the focus of my expertise, and my experience had tought me that this transformation is what enables the next growth leap towards the next step, the next level or chapter, the one that would be practical and concrete but also includes a deep sense of meaning and satisfaction, liberation, creativity and growth on all of life’s aspects: professional, business, team and personal.

*How
Despite my Ph.D. degree, I believe that knowledge alone is not enough. I deeply believe that only experiences lead to real transformation, and thus – this is the kind of work and processes that I offer, in several formats, all are structures as focused, time-limited, experiential processes.
*Why
I do it all for three reasons:
Firstly, my own personal life story led me to realize, over and over again, just how fragile life is. Realizing it calls end tomorrow for any of us, for complete random reasons, yet we still (at least I did) have (or want to) work and live, whether if to provide for ourselves or our families, or to make an impact in the world – I embarked on a journey in a search for a deep sense of meaning, liberation and liveliness, while maintaining a full and even intense life. I full heartedly believe – and realize over and over again, through my own experience as well as that of my many clients – that that this is indeed possible.
This journey took 20 years, and took many roads and forms. it included working at a leading business consulting firm; PhD. in Business management, motivation, Psychology and behavioral economics with world renowned researchers; periods of stay, study and deep practice with monks and nuns in a Buddhist monastery in the UK and with various teachers around the world; practicing and learning methods for cultivating and unleashing creativity (my paintings participated in art exhibitions and sold to Brazil, US, and more); and decade’s journey of overcoming my own biggest fear – transforming from a person who is afraid of even dipping in a swimming pool – to a kitesurfer. it was worth it all, and today – all of these learnings and experiences are forming a rich toolkit I can offer and tailor with and for my clients.
My second reason is that I just love and tremendously enjoy working with highly intelligent HIP individuals. working with them is challenging, fast, sharp, dynamic, and once the change is becoming within them – the impact is powerful and immediate. I love seeing an impact happen.
And finally – HIP individuals have an enormous on the world. HIP usually impact on thousand and tens or hundreds of thousands of people throughout their lifetime. when I am able to help a HIP individual to improve the quality of his/her mindset and impact, and watch the domino effect unfold – I feel that I have contributed a bit to the creation of a WIDE AND MEANINGFUL TRANSFORMATION in the world, and thus helped a bit in making the world a slightly better place.
For me, that is a very deep sense of meaning and satisfaction.
